Classic OST Mod v1.4 by AfroJackX Section 1 "What is this mod?" Section 2 "How to install it" Section 3 "Known issues." Section 4 "Changelog" ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Section 1 What is this mod? This is a mod that replaces the soundtrack from The Twin Snakes with the soundtrack from the original Metal Gear Solid similar to the way Capcom did with RE2 remake. RE2 remake only added the original tracks to areas that used them. However, they did not remove new tracks used in situations like the zombie dog fights. In the case of TTS an example of this would be the Canyon area which had no music in the original game but does in the remake. I have kept those songs intact in this mod. NOTE: Some songs do play in different areas than the original as a result of the way Silicon Knights reused songs throughout the game. An example of this would be the Tank Hanger theme playing in the 1F, B1, and B2 of the Nuke Building or Liquid's Hind D theme playing during his first fight, the elevator fights, and the Metal Gear Rex battle. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Section 2 How to install it: You will need the following files: - xdeltaUI or Delta Patcher - An unmodified NTSC-U,NTSC-J or PAL rom of MGS TTS disc 1 and 2 in .iso or .gcm format.
